Howdy!

I’m an interdisciplinary designer and strategist based in NYC. My background is hybrid, with roots in business, art direction, and experience design.

I’ve always been passionate about the intersection of community, design, and technology, and find myself drawn to projects that bring people together in new and relevant ways.

Currently, I'm working on the Idea Development team at Fahrenheit 212, helping companies find growth through new strategies, inventing new products, and prototyping our way to market. Also, I lead Impact for Innovation, a Fahrenheit 212 strategic initiative to proactively incorporate impact areas such as social, economic, environmental, technological, and political into our process and model to make real change for our clients. 

In the past, I've been fortunate to work with companies like R/GA, SXSW, and venture studio, Create.

Along with my friend Anumeha, I run Third Eye Collective, a professional community for South Asian creatives. We host an ecosystem of career resources — like our Mentorship Platform and Studio 3, an industry-backed talent incubator. My hope is to bring a nuanced representation of South Asian culture to the mainstream creative industry by helping members optimize their career growth and champion their culture in their work.

After finishing an innovation strategy apprenticeship at R/GA, I’ve been freelancing with start ups and consultancies. In October 2018, I launched Third Eye Collective, a career-oriented organization for South Asian women creatives, with my best friend Anumeha. Using this avenue, I hope to design a community and platform to equip women to optimize their career growth and champion their culture in their work.
